1. Sign in to Honsen Vendor Portal

If you are a Vendor and do not own a password to access Honsen Vendor Portal, it’s a good start to review the Request password Section

Honsen Vendor Portal can be accessed by entering the URL https://honsen-vendor.honsengroup.com.sg/ to any web browsers. For the best user experience, we recommend Vendor to use Google Chrome Browser which can be download here.

At the sign in screen, Vendors can enter their email address and password to login to the system. Basically, all Vendors' email addresses already been recorded in Honsen Database, if Vendor's email is not recognized by Honsen Vendor Portal, please contact our 24-hour Customer service: +65 6741 9888

Honsen Vendors who never access the Portal before can request for their password to login to the system by clicking to Request password link from Sign In screen

If the email address that Vendor provided exists in the system, an email will be sent to Vendor's mailbox allowing them to set their first time password

Reminder!

To ensure safety and security as well as to protect Vendor's account, this set password link is only valid for 30 minutes! If the link is expired, Vendor can request for a new one again via login screen

Clicking on Set your password button in the email template and a new screen will be opened where Vendor can enter their desired password

3. Lost password

In case Vendor owned a password before; However, that password has already been forgotten. Vendor can click on Lost password? link from Sign In screen to reset their password

Vendors need to provide their email address in order to receive an email with password reset link. System will only send the reset password link if the provided email address exists in Honsen database

Clicking on Reset your password button in the email template and a new screen will be opened where Vendor can enter their desired password

Tip!

For the security reason, we recommend Vendors to change their password regularly, a strong password is highly recommended (Include both uppercase and lowercase letters, with numbers and special characters)

4. Sign out

After successfully sign in to the system. Vendor can log out the system by clicking to Sign Out menu item in the left sidebar
